  1. Right now, I would have to say avocado.  I eat it on wraps, sandwiches, veggie burgers, burritos...


  2. Junk food - Chocolate, definiteley

    REAL food - Pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, noodles

  3. healthy/organic foods such as brown rice, chicken, carrots, broccoli, boca burgers, celery, cucumbers, caesar salads, and a lot of fruits.

    I like to drink organic vanilla soymilk, fat free milk (organic preferrably), and water mainly. I try to stay away from juices loaded with tons of sugars.

  4. Anything made from plants.

    Plant-based oils, flour, whole grains, nuts, seeds, beans, fruits, vegetables.

    So things like chips, home-made cookies, dark chocolate, soy-based Peanut Butter Chocolate ice cream, pasta dishes, rice and veggie stir fry, pad thai (rice noodles in a peanut sauce with tofu, specifically), baked potatoes with bean chili poured over them, corn bread, fresh off the vine tomatoes, still warm from the sun, with some pepper and salt... yummo...

  5. I am addicted to chips and homemade salsa!!!

    Good food favorite is Moroccan 7 vegetable couscous- I learned in Morocco. It is soooooo good

  7. Pretty much anything that includes Chicken...

    what's not to love. It tastes great, its lean, easy to come by, inexpensive, and you can use it in so many different recipese. I love chicken!

  11. SMOOTHIES!! They are very versatile and you can change them to what you need that day. If you've already had a lot of sugar, than use less juice and replace it with water. If you need  more protein, add protein powder (some are made with soy) or add silken tofu. Plus, they provide a variety of vitamins and can be made to fit your tastes.

  12. Mostly, I eat lean meats and vegetables... A typical meal for me would be: Ground Grass-fed beef with grilled eggplant, zucchini, squash, onions, mushrooms, etc and a large mixed green salad with flaxseed oil dressing...

    No grains for me.

  14. Well, I am vegan so I don't eat any animal products.  I do plan on making my favorite tonight as a special Saturday treat.

    I take Pillsbury pizza dough (the kind in the can) and I spread it out on a cookie sheet.  Then I spread tomato sauce over the crust.  Then I add thinly sliced soy cheese over the entire pizza.  I love to add toppings like mushrooms, onions and  vegan pepperoni (which by the way tastes so close to the real thing I was shocked!).  We even add pineapple, which is a surprisingly good thing to add.

    Then I bake it according to the instructions on the dough can.  It is so cool when it's done.  The pizzas come out as an odd shape because they are supposed to be square but it's hard to get them perfect.  They are d e l i c i o u s though!  It's only 2:30 and I could eat dinner right now!  You should try it sometimes.  You can use your fave toppings!

  15. Tough question. Depends on the day, but I love stuff made with tomatoes. I like the tanginess.
