  1. easy. find a place offering a notary public service type deal. get your ID, the papers that need to get notarized and some money. Go there, get the stuff stamped. that's it.

  2. A notary public is an official witness, with a stamp and everything.

If you didn't get it notarized, you could just get some shmuck off the street to "witness", say, a contract, with no guarantee that the witnessing was registered or valid.

Get yourself to a shipping store or look in the phone book.  If you have to get it notarized, get it notarized.

You don't wanna try to scam your way past this.  Fraud is bad, mmmmkay?

  3. most notaries require positive ID (Driver's lic, passport, voters card, photo work ID, etc.)

  4. Go to a bank with the UNSIGNED document and say you want a 'notary' ... when you have the notary watching you, get the necessary signatures, then the notary will 'affix the seal' and sign it that the paper was 'signed by the person' who was supposed to sign.  It usually costs something, so you might call first to find out the 'rates' for a notary seal to be applied to your document.

  5. Go to your closest bank with a person who is willing to sign on it. Both of you will sign it and the person at the bank will stamp it with a special stamp. Make sure both of you take important papers... ID etc. I had to get my lease notarized.

  6. look in your local directory under Notary public, take your papers there, have them stamp and sign, pay the fee and leave.

  7. I don't need to get any papers either notrized or noterized at the moment.  Thanks for asking.

  8. just take the paper to the bank or court house and have them note rized

  9. You need a 'notary public' to affix his seal on it.

(It involves confirming your identity to him, and he attests to the fact that you are who you say you are.)

Look in the yellow pages, they're all over the place.

  10. Go to a notary and tell him/her what you need.

  11. Most banks have a notary (or two) that work there...take the form to your bank along with a picture ID and they will probably hook you up.

  12. Your paper should have the Notary Statement at the bottom.

Take it to a bank.  There should be a notary there.

  13. You need the services of a Notary. You should be able to find them in the phone book, or via the internet.

  14. A person who is a certified notary, and you ask them they will pull out a stamp or an impression kit and notarize your paper.
