lol, the first guy stole my answer, a lot of pasta! I'd also say a lot of napkins and don't forget the garlic bread and parmesean cheese

10 pounds would be enough for 150 people most people do not eat 1 pound each you would say most people europeans eat 1./2 a portion but men can eat a whole portion. I did a party over the holidays and made 10 pounds for 150 people in a macaroni salad and it was more than enough better to have more than less.
