What do u talk abt when someone says:"tell me more abt u"?

When they say this, their just being polite and don't want to dominate the conversation or they just ran out of things to say.

When if they ask you, please don't tell them your life story, just include the main things about you and what makes you, you.

For example, "I was born in New York and after high school I went to Harvard to study history. Then I moved to Seattle to teach World History at high school and have been pretty settled since then."

Of course you would add slight more detail like hobbies, sports you play and any passion you have. Maybe include spouse and kids if you have them. But just remember to make the story no longer than 5 minutes or else your gonna bore them.
