What do u think a good 8th grade 4x200 relay times are be serious idc?

its not that good regular times are low 30s

umm im not sure bout the 4 by 2

but for the 4 by 4 my team can do it in about 4:05

and the 4 by 1 is about 48 seconds sumthin like dat

so somewhat in between that

You aren't going to see the 4X200 a lot in high school, at least in our state that was usually reserved for Relay carnivals. The better teams will run it in at least 1:35, really good teams will be sub 1:30. You have some time to worry about this though, you've got something to grow on.

I'd suggest working on your handoffs, those are the most fun but yet most difficult areas that I found a lot of teams wasting time. If done properly, your individuals times will be faster because you have a running start but if you have to hold up or the other runner has to slow down, that's when you lose time.
