  1. she would be a total embarrassment.........just one more reason not to watch F1

  2. .

I'd prefer to see how she fares at a Morris Dancing or Lederhosen Dance Off before passing comment.....

    .

  3. She can hardly find success for a powerful team in Indy...she would get destroyed in F1.  Why would champion caliber teams want one of their drivers to always finish last?  (or DNF)

  4. No, as long as Danica Patrick races in the IndyCar Series which races mostly oval tracks, she will have no shot at landing in any F1 team.

  5. There are enough big heads in F1 already.

  6. I think f1 would improve Danica more than Danica would improve f1. She isn't at the f1 level yet, and given her age and f1's current fascination with young new drivers, she is probably considered too old already.  Given only one win after 1.5 seasons with agr, why would anyone think she is f1 material? No f1 team has said that she is.  Also, f1 teams that run good have more money than they know what to do with, and don't necessarily need the chick factor to get enough to race, unlike teams in american open wheel series.

  7. They wouldn't be a powerful team with her driving.  She is in the best equipment in the IRL, only 15 or so car fields, and has 1 win.  Even with merged series the only difference is the fields got bigger.

  8. If she has a modicum of talent, then yes. I'd love to see another woman in F1 but only if she is/ would be good enough. Which I feel she isn't.

Indy is very different to F1, ask Micheal Andretti, great in indy, average at best in F1.

  9. It really depends on whether she makes the same mistake as Champ Car champion Sebastien Bourdais who ended up in a slowpoke Toro Rosso. If she gets a competitive ride (like Nick Heidfeld's BMW/Sauber), she might make some waves.

  10. She does have a background in European open-wheel racing, so why not?
