In my country, we can't even come across any food from the Americas, be it North or South.  So I'm not too sure about Colombian food.  Would you like to do the honour of introducing them?  I'm sure they're just as mouth-watering as any others.

A very under-rated cuisine. Ahiejaco (sp?) and other dishes are unique and quite good.

Excellent, I live in a Colombian populated area, and every summer they have a day where they BBQ and have a really cool fare. Fun stuff and excellent food!!!
