  1. Makes no sense, too much rugby league, hard to play any structured game, too much turnovers... from what I saw in APC. But if it starts in the Northern hemisphere they will probably make it slower and more boring.

  2. You're thinking of the "Stellenboch" rules. These rules have been trialled during the APC, Australian Provincial Championship, if I'm not mistaken. To be honest, these rules are being made for one reason: money. It speeds up the game, simplifies the rules, and makes it MUCH easier for the casual fan to learn, know, and follow the rules and thus the game.

It speeds up the game to such a degree that it sort of nullifies one of the core appeals of rugby: that there is something for everyone. All body types, from fat and big, to skinny and quick have some sort of position where they can use their characteristics to their advantage. These rules get rid of this, and makes the rugby player's body much more uniform. It turns the game into Rugby League.

I hope these new rules are not implemented.

    Go Southern Hemisphere!

  3. The rules are constantly being changed by the IRB for one reason...to try to  nullify the dominance of the Southern Hemesphere teams ,over the Northern teams .Nothing new, the same thing has been going on for years.

One rule change that is really needed ,is to reduce the value of a Drop Goal to one point, and a Penalty Goal to two points ,as in Rugby league.Make the object of the game  to score  try`s

  4. very good fu.ck the rules only if be el mazzi on the game spaces
