What do u think about women in law profession in indian society .what are the advantages and disadvantages?

i only see the advantages: indian women positively representing--representing their culture, their gender, etc.  its a good thing for other indian women (and women AND the world, in general) to see this.

I think it is a step forward on this road to equality many hope and wish for. Advantages? - many-especially for other women and children. Disadvantages?-Dissappointment with the attitude of the many narrow minded people out there
