not nearly enough but people like himself are very disturbed and are not fixed by prison time.  at his age he probably doesn't work so that puts the cost of therapy for his daughter and children on the state/taxpayers.  he should also be forced to work somehow to help offset the cost of his prison time and the care for the others involved in this.  I still question the wife's professed innocence in this.  How the heck can you not know what's going on in the building in which you live?  too many mothers are silent partners in their husbands' abuse of their own daughters.  she should take a lie-detector test.

He should spend the rest of his life in prison. In addition he should be spayed and neutered like an animal. He should loose his manliness.
