  1. ha they are s**+tty for you but they taste good. once my friend gave me half of his monster energy drink and i thought it was so good i bought one for me then i had one of those giant pixie sticks and i played one of the best basketball games of my life and didnt stop talking for 6 hours!

    it was really fun. i love monster. my friend is sponsored by monster for mountain biking so he gives me some of his free ones (he gets 4 cases every quarter!)

    so rock on little camper!

  3. Typically they are caffeine jolts that probably aren't good for your system. In a pinch I might drink one if I had to drive and was concerned that I would get sleepy. However, to date, I have resisted that urge.

    Most of them do have a lot of carbs and as a diabetic I have to avoid them; so, I guess you could say I don't think about them.

  4. If used in as intended and in moderation they are not bad. They are not designed for kids 12 and under though. Red Bull recommends only 1 to 2 a day. Even the 2nd largest energy drink, which is also the 1st and largest healthy energy drink suggests having only one and recommends against having more than 2 a day. If you do have one drink water with it to offset the dehydrating effects of caffeine.

    Energy drinks get a bad rap becasue they do have a lot of sugar and caffeine in them However they have just under the same amount of caffeine as coffee. Also too many people consume too many and have problems. This means that most people only hear someone drank energy drinks and have problems and repeat that. This just proves that they only have half of the story. You will find this happens quite a lot with many things throughout your life.

  5. I think they can be bad for you if you don't drink them in moderation. I only drink energy drinks when need them. Using them on a daily basis is horrible for your body because they are loaded with caffeine and sugar. The caffeine will mess up your system and could lead to heart problems.

  6. I don't like the taste and to me they aren't necessary, so I don't drink them.  There certainly are worse things for you to consume, but that's a flimsy excuse.  Though, like with most things, moderation is key.

  7. They're good when i'm tried.

    But try not to over do it.

    Trust me, i used to drink 3 energy drinks each day,

    it causes baad stomach aches.

    And they can get you addicted to them.
