Ok i'm 15 years oldfemale5 foot 2 (160 cm i think)and i'm 7 stone 9 pounds which is about 109 pounds or somethingi'm going to go down to 6 stone 10 (at the moment) which will be easy because i no these greats diet pills which i have used beforebut i need advice on exercise? can anyone help me ? i need exercise to lose weight from the stomach and the thighs thanks x
