  1. I think it will take about 150 year of absolutely NO carbon emissions.  Then maybe the carbon cycle would reach equilibrium.

  2. The only way to end global warming is to get all of the pot smoking liberals to shut up.  Anyone, with half a brain, knows that global warming is a hoax.  It is all designed to keep the sheep complacent and silent.  Wake up!

  3. Climate change is not a new thing. The warming period we are going through will reverse itself and we will being cooling around 2040. Check out some stuff by Dr. Gray from Colorado State University. Climate change is not caused by humans!

  4. we ca never stop it. The earth naturally warms up a lot. But what we need to do is to make the increase in temperature not as drastic. To do that

    - people doing energy-efficient acts and buying energy-efficient appliances

    - officals pitchng in

    - a ton of public support

  5. We should do absolutely nothing about so-called climate change, because it just is not happening.  There is nothing we need to do about it.  It's a big scam.

  6. We Can't Stop Global Warming But We Can Slow It Down.

  7. Evaporation of water and cloud formation keeps us warm by trapping heat. This process is not completely understood but can be closely tied to global warming.

We can’t even make it rain so this process remains a mystery, but theories evolving high energy gamma rays from distant super novae and sun spot activity show promising developments in explaining cloud formation. This would enhance computer models of climate prediction and bring some credibility to natural global warming being the cause of warming and cooling trends.

  8. A massive shift from fossil fuel to nuclear fission power.

  9. By the latest sun measurements, I would say another year or so. You do realize that the earth has not warmed in the last 10 years? And the last couple of years have resulted in drastic drops in temps. If you learned about the cycles of the sun, you would already know this though.

  10. Like others have said it will be impossible to reverse global warming but by lowering our emissions of greenhouse gasses we can lower the amount the atmosphere will warm.

  11. it will require reducing the solar activity of the sun.  The sun is heating up every planet in our solar system... I have no idea how we can change that here on Earth.

  12. That's funny.

Given the fact that 'climate change' can mean either getting hotter, or colder, then the answer is nothing.

Because the planet ALWAYS swings between getting hotter, and colder, and has since the beginning of time.

Global Warming has already stopped. It hasn't warmed since about 1998.

It's going to start cooling any year now, and none of this either way, has anything to do with what humans have done.

The reason they're now using the term 'climate change' instead of 'global warming' is to cover their as*es, because they've looked at the most recent data, and it shows what I'm talking about, and they know they will look like morons when it's COOLING, if they keep saying "GLOBAL WARMING".

    But they ARE morons.

There was a petition signed this year by 31,000 scientists, many of them Nobel Prize winners, saying that we need to stop this global warming hysteria.

That is 31,000 scientists. This is not some 'fringe group of wacko's' or whatever the GW people keep claiming.

    It's all a myth.
