I'm sure everyone has seen his face on countless Under Armour commercials. I use to train in the gym he works out at and I can tell u this. The dude is a MONSTA. So why don't u think he made it in the NFL? It kinds of gives u a greater respect of how skilled this pros really are

  1. Eric Ogbogu a.k.a. "Big E" was a Stud Linebacker when he played for the Maryland Terps back in the day, i think he was drafted in the 3rd or 4th round or something, but he was never that great of a Pro Player. He's always been a vocal leader and not to mention he's RIPPED so thats prolly why Underarmour chose him over some of the greater players in the League.

  2. When he played for  Dallas, I heard that the creator of Under Armour is friends with Ogbogu, so thats why he is/was the face of under armour

  3. Well he was in the league for 8 season though he did not play that much

  4. Yea, but lots of guys like him (or bigger) don't make it in the NFL.  Just because you are a MONSTA does not immediately tranfer onto the field.  It helps, but it's only part of what makes a football player talented.

  5. There are a lot of guys in pro wrestling who are huge, but never could make it in the NFL.  Like some other guys said, it takes a lot more than being big.  Football is more mental than most people give credit for, and if he couldn't grasp the concepts, or wasn't mentally tough enough, it doesn't matter how big and strong he is, or how cool he looks - he was a washout.  To give him his credit, he stuck around for 8 seasons.  That's more than the average NFL career.
