  1. The Pontiac Sunfire is likely a very, very bad car to own. AutoOnInfo.net's detailed reliability and durability studies suggest that a typical 5-year-old Pontiac is as troublesome to own as a typical 38-year-old Honda and a typical 27-year-old Toyota and a typical 3-year-old Pontiac is as troublesome to own as a typical 27-year-old Honda and a typical 20-year-old Toyota.

Consequently, if you buy a Pontiac, it should be very, very new.

  2. Good car, cheap to repair, 27 MPG plus Highway, Toyota will cost more money to repair, long run, Sunfire similiar to Cavalier.

  3. Just remember your purchasing the cheepest car Pontiac Made that year don't expect too much. Like the Cavilier and GM  small cars they are noisy and build quality is poor. Just a few dollars more gets you a better car save up and buy a Pontiac Grand Prix or Chevy Lumina.

  4. Are you looking for a new or used one? Toyota corolla is a good car

but if you are looking to save money try a saturn or the sunfire is a good option they both get 30 mpgs and cost much less than the imports. Also another option is some of the newer hyundais 2004 or newer you can buy these cars for around 2500 dollars and they can still have a warranty. (up to 10years)

  5. Buy a lumina!
