Because wife is life partner and not a servant maid. She tooo deserves to get rest and be involved in other activities

that help herself and her family. We see many ladies in (olden days) who have confined themselves to kitchen and house cleaning.

They hardly have any time for their hobbies etc. Husband should try to understand his wife, then he would have a better life.

Husband and wife can spend more time together to solve any house-hold issue, afterall wife is the best friend of her husband.

I believe marriage is a partnership. Tasks should be shared. Both do whatever you can do to make things work. He should help you in tasks you need help in and you can help where he needs your help.

Why should you be a home slave all your life. We men are just as capable looking after kids, washing , cooking etc. This is the 21st century not the freaking Dark Ages anymore.

What pees me off the most is these d**n religions who dictate what the man should do and how his wife must submit. I have seen so many guys who cant handle money s***w up their marriages when it would have been much easier to let the partner who does best handle the tasks they are better at.

We refer to our partners as "our other half " or our better half in a joke but it is about time we men stood up and started helping our partners more. Being a full tie housewife has got to be one of the most thankless jobs on this planet !!! Grow up guys and get your d**n head out of the sand

Work and be the bread winner so she can stay home with the family. That is the goal for me and my husband.

It is what would make me most happy and we are working toward that.
