Not bad for your first draft. Your QBs are great even though I HATE Romo. You have 2 of the best defenses but your WR and RBs are just ok.

Drop 2 starting and 2 backup wide receivers and get a good te 4 back-up and k 4 back-up

For a 12 team league that is insane

For a 10 team league that's still very good
