What do u think of my fried rice?

spicy beef fried rice from Crystal Jade restaurant, a hong kong style restaurant.

it has minced beef, mashed chili, egg n lettuce shreds

Were those peas and carrots I saw in there?  I hate those!

Otherwise, it looks great.  I love egg in my fried rice, not many places include it these days.
