What do u think of the cosmetics surgeries?

i would like to do a cosmetic surgery in my nose . because i have a bone in it .

Well plastic surgery has both a reconstructive side and cosmetic side and what you are speaking of is more on the reconstructive side. Personally, I approve of plastic surgery because it is a way for individuals to move towards or attain the image that they would like. It's true that many may feel that cosmetic surgery is related to materialism and fakeness, but on the bright side cosmetic surgery can make it possible for many people to improve their self-esteem, physical attractiveness, and in many cases even help them move up in the socioeconomic ladder either at work or personal relationships.

However, I may be biased as I seek to pursue a career as a plastic surgeon. I believe the benefits outweigh the costs and some assumed negative connotations.
