a very close friend of ours thinks her house is haunted. her 18 year old son suddenly starts speaking in the middle of night... he is totally different now.. he used to be soo talkative..but he is so quiet now.. he talks strange and even the way he looks at you is kinda scary. he was very independant and a top student but now he is suddenly so dependant on his mum.. the family also has been seeing shadows around the house..i seriously think that something is haunting him.. what can they do to get rid of it..they are not christians..and there are no ghost busters aroung here. they dont care about the house.. they are moving.. they just want their son back.. they want him completely normal.

they went to see quite a number of hindu priests (they are hindus) all of which are saying the house is haunted and every time he goes there it gets back into him. he is staying at an aunt's now but is not better. how can they get it out of him??

  1. Hi Aanya! Good to see you asking a question.(Sorry it has to be one like this!) FIRST: Get him to the dr. for a brain scan!! He might be having a stroke. What does HE say about all this? Sounds like he's been through a trauma.Maybe has PTSD. Just make sure that he gets his head (brain) checked before you go assuming that he is haunted or possessed. (I didn't say a psychiatrist...I said a Medical Doctor!)You said that your country doesn't talk about paranormal things. At least the hindu priests are supporting them in this. Even if he has left the house and is still the same...he might be going through trauma from a paranormal experience. It REALLY will make you insecure....like a helpless child. (I know that from experience.)Just make sure that it wasn't a stroke or he doesn't have a brain tumor etc. If the family has seen shadows...they should get out of there too. You didn't say how long this has been going on. Did they bring anything different into the house..a statue...furniture etc? Did things start changing after they did that (if they did)? That's all I can think of. OOPS..Could somebody have drugged him.?? That would be the first thing drs. should look for in the USA.But still..you said the family is seeing "shadows"..so it might be paranormal. Please make sure that the family checks on ALL these things. Please let us know what you find out.

  2. Just clarifing, the james mentioned is not the James the tech guy.

  3. Freda soles Frankincense has scared off Meany a ghost in my town.Sage smug.A fluorite skull-the ghost gets sucked into the skull attracted by the negative energy than gets stuck in there.Discard if it works.

P.S. any frank will do I just like Fred soles.

  4. Most likely, your friend is only the victim of psychiatric illness and needs this kind of professional help.

  5. You should look into groups that will investigate these types of occurrences. Many will have contacts with others who can help.

  6. There is no such thing as the paranormal or ghosts- don't worry about that. I suggest you get the son to a psychiatrist. They might be able to work out what's happening. There are NO ghosts possessing him, and trying to solve the problem that way will waste your time and money and put him through undue stress (which doesn't seem like a good idea).

  7. i have seen this happen to other peaople before on tv but the person was christian since hes not i think that they should tell a preist to come to theyre house and say prayers i also think they should call the police and ask them for anybody who can have contact with the dead don`t worry theyre son will be cured probably somebody who diedlived there and didn`t want to let go of theyre house

  8. Ah, the dangers of magical thinking.

Have they considered the possibility that just maybe their son is having some personal or mental health issues?  The teenage years can be difficult on some people.  Perhaps he's depressed.  Maybe he's confused.  Maybe he's schizophrenic.  Maybe he's overwhelmed.  Maybe he's love-struck.  There are a lot of possible rational explanations.  Get the kid to a therapist, a counselor or a psychologist.

If the kid is the same no matter where he stays, then why do they think it's the house?

  9. This is a serious problem.I think it could be two things.First it sounds alot like depresstion. But you mentioned the family seeing shadows thats not good. They sould talk to a priest as soon as posible.

  10. I agree with the other answers that the first consideration should be the young man's health. I think a complete physical would be a good start. A psychological evaluation might be of some help if he would agree to talk to a counselor or psychologist. I would also want a drug screening as that some of what you describe is typical of substance abuse.

Of course a honest, concerned family discussion about his changed behavior should come before all of the above.

I always want complete scans (CT, PET, SPECT, MRI) for my clients but insurance companies usually refuse to pay for these (unless a brain tumor is suspected) and they are very expensive for people to pay for out of pocket.

  11. Tell him to pray to Jesus, he will help, whether its paranormal or not.

I will pray for your friends son as well

you should also go to the house, and walk around in it all the while (in a very commanding, confident, and stern voice) "In the name of Jesus Christ I command you to leave this house" to the spirits.

you can also speak/sing praising God in the house, demons really hate to hear God being praised.

  12. Your suppose to yell sternly in the house and tell them to vacate the house .Yell go away, we don't want you here anymore!

  13. I think the first thing that needs to happen is the boy needs to see a doctor.  Is the house haunted?  Maybe, but first all other options must be looked at.  I am no doctor, but from what I've read this is serious and he needs immediate medical attention.  A haunting in their house should be the last thing considered.
