helo all. im kinda fascinated with calisthenics and i love doing them. i stand at 5'11 and weight 75 kg. thats ideal. not too big, not too small. my personal records for calisthenics are 60 diamond pushups in a row, full range of motion, 14 weighted standard pushups in a row with 55kg person sitting on my back. full range of motion. and 25 one leg squat aka the pistol in a row for each leg. so, honestly, what do u think of that? any kind of opinions needed. and appreciated. thanks and have a nice day.

  1. It looks pretty good.  You're working your upper body, your legs, and your mid- oh wait, where's your midsection?

You need to start adding crunches, preferably a variety since there are several different muscles that make up your abdomen.  There's sit-ups/crunches for upper abs, leg lifts for lower abs, different side-to-side exercises for your obliques, and some exercises for your lower back.  It's not really necessary to do all of them (most are compound anyway), but variety is the spice of life.

I've included a link which is a good resource for different exercises for different muscles.

  2. I think you will get a hernia in the not too distance future, or will break your back if you're not careful.
