You both need birth certificates for starters. The words 'are you sure' come to mind.

The least complicated way is go to city hall and get a marriage license. You can be married there as well. No fuss, no muss. Otherwise, you have to go get the license and can be married anyplace by a justice of the peace or minister. Of course, you can go traditional and get married in a church. I got married in a park by a justice of the peace.
