What do wild rabbits like to eat?

I have one in my back yard every day. It won't touch carrots but seems to like the grass. Strange, huh?

They like grass and hay. Not all rabbits like carrots. You could try giving it broccoli stems.

anything green and leafy.  but please, if you are trying to keep a wild rabbit in a cage or confined area, it will die.  they cannot tolerate captivity.  if you are just trying to nurture it back to health and then release, good luck.

grass, definetly i guess. carrots are cartooned, and not at all a wild rabbits favorite snack. when your starberries dont look very good anymore, throw them in the yard. my rabbit, before he died loved cilantro! But im not sure thats for wild rabbits.

Did you know, Wild rabbits are the same as the rabbits you buy from the pet store. Also, Its not strange for a rabbit to eat grass. Its just that it wont touch the carrots because It probably ethier doesnt know if it should eat it, or Its afraid to touch it cause it came from you.

it might be afraid. maybe you should back away after he eats. if that doesnt work, then give him lettuce. He'll probably eat the lettuce.
