Question

I dont plan on having another kid anytime soon but i have the names picked out, People look at me like they dont like them, what do you think?

My First Daughter's name is Leah Brooke.

Girl- Mylah Presley Strickland

Ashton Presley Strickland

Boy- Micah Shia Strickland

I like Ashlyn better for a girl then Ashton but I know that's becoming extremely popular as a girls name and I'm all about the trendy names! I have a daughter Kendal and another little girl on the way that we are going to name Emersyn! So I say go with Stetson for a boy that is super cute and very original! I like names that not every child has. Micah is also an awesome name! Whatever you chose and whatever the future may bring I think you and your kids will be happy!

I love the name Ashton for a girl, it's my niece's name! I don't like Mylah much... How about Malia (Mah-lee-yah), it's quite similar, but I like it a lot more! I think Presley is okay, but I don't like it that much.

I don't really like your boys' name at all. Micah or Shia. I would go with Michael, and call him Micah for short. I would lose the Shia all togehter.

Not too hot about the first names for the baby girl names.  Mylah seems kinda made up, and Ashton is a boy's name.  I like Presley as a middle name though.  I'm a big fan of maiden names, family last names as middle names.

As for Micah, I really like it.  It's close enough to "Mike" to not be really out there, but also it's own thing enough, to where it's pretty cool.  I'm thinking about using it myself.

I like Myla Presley a lot. Ashton is a boy's name for me. i don't like unisex names.

I would think over the unusual spelling of the names you are thinking about. I know that there is an age when a girl want to have "personalized" stuff, like a bookbag, or a plaque, or a christmas ornament,and having unusual spellings make the child an unhappy camper because they can't find Their Name.I like Ashlyn Presley Strickland better than Ashton. Hope this helps.

Mylah Presley is sweet, but is your going to name your daughter a masculine name like Ashton you need to pair it with a more feminine name.  

I like the boy name alot though :) I'm starting to really like the name Micah.
