What do you all see for my Yahoo photo?

I've tried to change it, now it just won't 'take'. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've been able to change it before so I'm pretty sure I'm doing it right.

I see a gray silhouette - that's all...

Since 3 weeks I too have problems with the display of avatars, I see my own avatar above the navigational bar and as the top scorer pic in Yahoo products (on YC Germany), but when I answer a question, my avatar is displayed as a gray silhouette. In my list of contacts I see the avatars, but not when I look for my contacts' questions and answers. When you mouseover an avatar, some basic info is supposed to get displayed - doesn't work anymore either!

Meanwhile I've read a lot of complaints about the malfunction of avatars, it may all be related to the major updates Yahoo is working on.
