  1. Constipation is totally normal

  2. Constipation can sometimes occur during pregnancy. Try to take a stool softner. Perhaps eat grains and drink prune juice or eat raisin bran cereal.

  3. Blood clots could be choking out your bowels.  Something like endometriosis maybe?  Just a guess.  Hope you poo soon.

  4. Constipation can be just a normal dietary thing. If you'd like, you can pick up a laxative at any store with a pharmacy or drug section. If this has been going on for more than a week, you should go to a doctor.

  6. that's absolutely normal i had that my whole first trimester... Try drinking decaf coffee it was the only thing that helped me stay regular Good Luck

  7. It's normal to become constipated while pregnant. I went through that with both of my pregnancies. Good luck with your pregnancy

  8. I was bloated when I first got pregnant & I had cramps. It's normal. If you bleed heavier than your normal period with hard cramps then that is a sign of a miscarriage

  9. I don't know, call a doctor

  10. Try ACTIVIA the Lady's on TV say it works.

Eat more fiber. Do something this could cause hemorrhoids.

  12. Are you taking prenatal vitamins?  If so, the iron in them can cause some constipation.  It's pretty common.  There's also all the hormonal changes which can disrupt your "regularity".  There are some safe stool softeners that you can take during pregnancy.  Talk with your doctor about which ones they suggest.

If ever you feel something just isn't right, go in and get checked.  Sounds like it is most likely a side effect of the vitamins, but if you are concerned, ask to be seen for peace of mind.
