  1. there is no source. it just is.

if there was a source, then the law of conservation of energy wouldn't hold.

  2. It's really simple to call it a universe.

The source? It's whatever you want it to be.

  3. GOD

  4. Its ridiculous to presume the universe always existed. And its equally ridiculous to presume it ever came into existence.

Anti-theistic narrow minded bigots will tell you one of two things....

A magical explosion without a cause created existence.

Or the universe always existence, though everything has cause

Atheists arbitrarily create exceptions to their own rules.

"But who created God" is one refutation they give.  While "where did the universe come from" is answered with "a big bang."  "What caused God?" is a common rebuttal they give.  But "what caused the Big Bang" is an absurd question for a theist to ask.  "God is mysterious, have faith" is absurd... but "there is a lot to science we dont yet know, I will assert Gods nonexistence" is rational.  "God always existed" is condemned as absurd by the atheist... but "the universe always existed" explains the big bang mystery without question.

"Life cannot spring from non-life" is a biological fact... but life on Earth is explained away with a new made up, unverified concept: "abiogenesis" (meaning life from non-life).  It sounds scientific, as it was pieced together with biology terms - therefore its valid.  Never mind its a contradiction in supposed scientific truths.

Entropy... Things decay and become less complex.... not more complex.  If the universe always existed, an infinite time would have passed and we should by now be as simple as possible.  DNA and evolution demonstrates gradually increasing complexity.  Does that prove evolution is wrong?  Or that a deity might have played a role?

Law of conservation of energy casts doubt into spontaneous creation of energy.  But it doesnt explain where that energy came from

Its frustrating trying to carry on an intelligent, logical conversation with an anti-theist.  A lot of them are too close minded, blinded by their own faith

Conclusion... nothing exists.  We all are figments of our own imaginations.

  5. GOD and the savior, his Son, Jesus

  6. It's now widely accepted by Pastafarians that The Flying Spaghetti Monster (BBHN) created The Universe with his noodly appendages.

  7. I love ALL the answers you are getting. I believe them all, to some degree.

Sometimes I think we are in Who-Ville on Horton's clover...

  8. I, personally, believe in the Big Bang and Darwinism.

  9. this is a question that has been haunting society for years....I guess we'll never know until we die.....maybe not even then.....what do you think it is? maybe thats all that really matters.
