What do you believe should happen to some who has raped a 10 year old boy?

true story it happen to me and haven't told no one. I would probably let the guilt pay it's toll on that person i wouldn't harm them but what's your opinion

The same that would happen if they raped a ten year old girl and were caught.  I would think however that if they get away with it that they will be doing it to other ten year olds.

you defintely shouldn't make it a big deal and take it to the cops becuase mentally, you're not ready for that kind of stuff You should talk about it with your parents or maybe a shrink and get it out your system and let it all out. these things can be bad if you keep it bottled in. However if you do decide to go to tell the police or something, that person will probably get arrested. Make sure you talk to an adult that you trust about it. This is not something you keep quiet about.

THE BEST THING IS THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THAT AS A CHILD THERE ISN'T MUCH YOU CAN DO TO DEFEND YOURSELF FROM AN ADULT OR SOMEONE IN A POSITION OF AUTHORITY. AND MOST OF ALL IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT. ALL THE YOUNG MEN THAT I'VE COUNSELED HAD TO FIRST GET THE COURAGE TO TELL SOMEONE. THAT WAS ME. THEN AFTER DISCUSSING IT THEY GAINED STRENGTH TO CONFRONT THEIR ATTACKERS. YOU SHOULD NOT REMAIN SILENT AS YOU MAY NOT BE HIS ONLY VICTIM. IF YOU REMAIN SILENT HE WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PREDATOR. GIVE YOURSELF AND ALL OF HIS VICTIMS A VOICE. TAKE HIM DOWN.  GOOD LUCK KID. YOu have to tell someone. Like your doctor. You would likley help yourself by seeing one. Also someone that would do that is very likely to do it again to someone else. Dont make someone else go through it too because you didnt say anything. The person that did it also needs treatment and the only way that will likly happen is if you speak up. Have a voice for yourself and any other kid they may have hurt. It can be a very powerfull thing.

It would be best to go to your school nurse and let them know. The adults at school have been told how to handle this.  The person who raped you needs help.  They were wrong and need to learn to do what is right.  It was not your fault, you are not guilty, you were not bad.  Telling someone will help you feel better sooner and you will be a better adult.  The person who raped you will not feel guilty, this probably was not the first time they tried this on someone and they won't stop without help.
