  2. Could the one you are  thinking of be "congruent?" There are also a couple of other words that are related.  "Colinear" means points that lie on the same line, and "coincide" means to occupy the same position.  (But they don't start with con, of course.)  A "line of symmetry" will divide a shape into two parts that are mirror images, so that if you flipped one over and put it on top of the other, they would be congruent.

    2 lines that touch eachother would be contiguous

    2 lines that are on top of one another are parallel
