My friends father is turning 50 next week and she wants to write a eulogy for him. I thought that was only for dead people, but their could be something for the living. I was thinking a roast, any other ideas?

  1. Premature.

  2. Praise...?

  3. This is your life.

  4. The eulogy is a play on his age. Lots of people do the "grim reaper" type birthdays on the milestones...40, 50 and 60. Write it humorously as if he had passed on and you are all remembering crazy stuff. "I remember when Ed wore underwear on his head...that picture will always be in my mind..." sniff sniff

  5. a toast and roast

    a tribute

    a 50th birthday speech
