Other than lucky <Grin> I know a plot that shoots down 5 enemy planes is called an Ace. Is there a term for a guy who destroys 5 of his own planes?

Two of those crashes were cause by missiles form outside of his plane

Day had no witnesses because he was alone. Why was the "eye witnesses" requirement waived for Day?

Who approved Day for the Medal of Honor and did McCain or his admiral father have anything to do with it?

John McCain and Bud Day have formed a political tag team to deflect inquiries about McCain's questionable conduct while in captivity. They have cynically used the Medal of Honor as a shield - but in the process they have stained it.

I call him John McCain. I believe he crashed five planes. He graduated fifth from the bottom of his class at the Naval academy, and if he had not been an admiral's son, they might have grounded him before the fifth crash.

Well , without naming a well known name, a pilot who flys so poorly he can't avoid being targeted and shot down, I would call him an ex-pilot after 3. He could possibly command from the ground though ( Those who can, do! Those who can't, teach)
