  1. You may either call him a Belgian, or if from the northern part of the country, a Fleming, and from the southern part a Walloon.

    If they are from Flanders (the north/dutch part)- Flemish, Fleming

    If they are from the south, Walloon. (The french part)

    Dont actually call them DUTCH or FRENCH though, because they are offended by it.
