What do you call a person who's passionate about weather?

And don't say meteorologist because that's a person who has their degree in meteorology. I'm referring to people in general to love to pay attention to the weather and maybe even study it.

  1. I call myself a "weather fanatic" because I know a lot about weather and I love talking about it and I'm passionate about it but I'm not a professional and I don't have a degree. There's so many phrases you can use. But that's the one I use to describe myself.

  7. To answer your question: I would call them boring.

    I would say that person needs to get a life.  But then its great to be in the USA where dreams come true. And were the village idiot ends up running the country and congress.  We cant wait to elect another village person to the high office.
