What do you call a person who can change into only one animal, other than a were-wolf (or any any were animal)

I love all that person-can-change-into-animal thing! But I don't know what they are called! Is there a specific name? I used to say they were called daemons alot, (from His Dark Materials book series, including the new movie the Golden Compass) but daemons are just people with animals as their partners. Thanks!

 a person who is a werewolf suffers from lycanthropy. someone who can turn into one animal, and one animal alone is called an animagus.(according to the harry potter books)
