What do you call a person who traps homeless animals ? ?

I found a homeless cat and I've been feeding it and it's homeless and sick. So I wanna call someone who traps homeless animals and gives them to a shelter.

Call your local animal control or shelter.  We usually call them a dog catcher but they are trained to catch many animals.  They will try to help you catch it.  Later- Look on line for local shelters that do no kill for cats.  They will also help you catch it or give you ideas how to,...

LOL! google animal control and you should be able to find a number for them and a location from the call! Also if that cat is really sick, you should take it to the vet to make sure it doesnt have any parasites or is about to die!

Usually a Dog cather, or Animal control.

I would recommend you take it to your local animal shelter. To ensure that it will be safe you can ask the shelter to give you updates such as if it has been adopted or euthanized.

If the shelter will not you can get its number and the number of the cat and regularly call to check on it.

I have another idea.  Put an ad in the paper for a free kitten.  Most papers will do this for free.  You should have no problem finding someone to give it a good home.
