What do you call a person who wants to eat but ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to pay for the food after they eat it?

Boy, I had that problem once. That person has got to be the cheapest person in  the world. I would say, work out the payment process before you go to eat. If you are both paying for yourselves, that is called a Dutch Treat, you  pay for what you eat. You don't leave the other person with the whole bill. That is very ignorant of the other person. But those people are out there. Just make sure you have the who pays for what down before you go!

Well i mean if they're getting into an argument about it they've either forgotten their wallet and dont wanna admit it, or they're a cheapskate.

that being said, i dont find it a terrible offense to pay the whole bill once in a while, if i'm feeling generous.

People who keep track of what you paid for that other people ate to the cent have some issues....

On the other side of that coin, the douche that shows up to eat every couple of days and never chips in needs to be thrown from the establishment by his knickers. :P
