  1. Winnig break (at leat that is what my husband and father-in-law call it)

  2. if you are playing 9-ball, YOU WIN!!!

It is called a "Golden Break".

  3. golden break

  4. if you are playing 9 ball you win or in eight ball you continue shooting

  5. lucky

  6. It's golden break or winning break or ace shot.

  7. A win if you are playing nine ball.

  8. IF YOU DROPPED THE   "9"   ITS CALLED A "GOLDEN-BREAK".......AND IT'S A WINNING BREAK SHOT.....YOU WIN...

BUT IF THE   "9"   IS HUNG UP IN THE POCKET / BLOCKING THAT HOLE THEN  IT BECOMES A SHOT THAT YOU MAY BE ABLE TO WIN WITH, BY KNOCKING ANOTHER BALL INTO IT AND HAVING IT FALL IN THAT POCKET.........HOPEFULLY YOU'RE SHOOTIN'   "9-BALL"......OTHERWISE.....IF YOU DON'T HAVE STRIPES AND YOU'RE PLAYIN SOME OTHER TYPE OF GAME....IT BECOMES A A BLOCKED POCKET OR A PROTECTED POCKET FOR YOU.......

  9. shank  (as in you shanked the ball & lost to your opponent).

  10. If you're playing 9 ball its a win

if you're playing 8 ball its just the first ball in and u get to shoot again.

  11. It is basically a shot which potted a ball, also accepted as a winning shot if a game of 9 ball is being played.

Some times I address it as a "woohoo", a "yessss," or a "yippee." Maybe even a "gotcha" It all depends who I am playing and/or how much money was at stake.  :)
