I'm trying to build something that can replace fossil fuels as a source of electricity but i can explain how it works if i know that term.

my idea could potentially work but i need to learn how to build a steam turbine and hydroelectric turbine also, if you have any help with that also it would be appreciated.

What you're talking about often goes under the name "free energy". Specific free energy theories can be categorized as either delusions or scams. You'll save yourself the trouble of learning turbomachinery if you study thermodynamics first and see why your idea is physically impossible.
