what do you call guys that go crabbing? for a living? is there one?

They're called fishermen. People who fish for a living generally harvest several different species from the ocean using the same boat but different gear.

Crab can only be caught during certain times of the year, the season is very short. I guess when they're fishing for crab you can call them crabbers.
