What do you call it when layers of your toilet roll become seperated?

You know when you're pulling off a strip and the last guy before you was a bit heavy handed and what you get is, like, two flimsy layers that aren't much good for anything. I know it can be rectified (*cough*) by winding back the outside layer untill it meets the inner one again but what's it called. It has to have a name. Those stupid plastic bits on the end of your shoe laces have a name!!!

  3. Yes, the stupid plastic shoe lace things are called aglets.  It could be fun trying to come up with a name for what you've described.  

    Separation anxiety?  (Nah, not good, but it's all I've got right now....)
