What do you call one of those audience counter things?

I don't know what to call it - you often see people standing at the door of shows or concerts, counting the number of people going through the door. It's a thing you hold in your hand and you push the button on the top and it adds 1 to the number on the display on the front.

Does anybody know what I'm talking about?

And where could I get one?

Its called a counter.

Office supply stores may have them.
