What do you call people like me who hate this in their food?

Chunks of vegetables that are slimy on the outside and cruncy when you bite into them.....peppers, onions, etc. (tomatoes to a lesser extent)

Not everyone likes everything. At least you know what you don't like and can avoid it. I'm not sure there's an actual name for it though. I feel the same way about mushrooms and stewed okra.
