What do you call someone that cannot operate a digital camera? ?

He wouldn't even try. This is so typical. Is he playing dumb or do you think he's not playing? I gave him a lesson and even asked him if he had a digital camera to which he said yes. You should be able to do this so go try. He passed it onto someone else. But hey this is the same person that doesn't seem to know what year it is. 2004 and 2008 are not the same thing. Is he just being lazy or could he be this dumb?

He's probably just not interested in operating it. I know how to operate a mobile phone, but I refuse to use it all the time.

In that case, if it is part of his job, you should talk to your manager. He is getting paid so he should at least try or find another job which he can do.
