  1. Attention seekers.  My family is full of them.

  2. YEP! I agree with all of them.

  3. Is it a real sickness or do they just believe they have a sickness?

If they just believe they have a sickness, they're a hypochondriac

  4. I am chronically ill.  I have several non life threatening but lifetime conditions.  I have been called a hypochondriac but I do have proof on file that I am sick. No one should judge.

  5. Hypochondriac.

  6. If they aren't actually sick, it's called a hypochondriac. There is also a condition called Munchhausen's. People with Munchhausen's actually make themselves sick by whatever means they have available.

Either way, the cause of the problem is attention seeking.

  7. unlucky.

  8. an attention seeker

  9. My first inclination was to say that such a person is a hypochondriac.  Then I thought to myself that when a person always seems to have whatever illness is out there, they are desperately seeking attention and like the attention that having these "illnesses" gives them.  A better word for such a person might be "narcissist" because such people tend to think the world revolves around them and they can't see and relate to others properly because they are so focused upon themselves.

  10. Hypochondriac

  11. Hypochondriacs are people who always think they are sick. If the person is actually sick then he/she is chronically ill.
