If someone creates his own fast-food/restaurant CHAIN(in several countries)and chooses the "theme",the recipes and the prices for each item.What the job called?

  3. A restaurant/fast-food chain creator. You don't have call them that. But when they apply for the licence, that's the legal term: restaurant/fast-food chain creator. It's right there in bold print at the top of the form.

You'd call that a restauranteur.  However, it should be noted that in a large, multi-national chain, there isn't ONE person that does all of those things.  There is an entire staff of chefs that make the recipes, planners that make the menus, designers that make the themes.  A company that large will literally have thousands of people doing those things, so no ONE man does them all.
