What do you call someone who only doesn't eat fish?

Well, the exact opposite (a vegetarian who will eat fish and other types of seafood, but not any other types of meat) is called a pescatarian. So maybe it's an anti-pescatarian?

A meat eater. It's called not liking seafood. Nothing more, nothing less. It's not in any way a vegetarian or anything close. If you are eating meat, your not a vegetarian. Simple as that.

A figetarian sounds like someone whose diet consists mostly of figs! lol!

How about a meatarian? (someone who eats only meat - no fish?) or a gillite (someone who won't eat anything with gills?)

There is no name for it.  If you eat other meats..you are an omnivore.
