My husband has a cousin that is older 30's and she swears that everything I and my husband's brother's wife do is to be like her! ?? We're like what? she always makes dumb comments like Oh she's just jealous of me or for example one of us got a new suv and she says oh she got a little version of mine..clearly she's crazy..we just don't say anything...ignore her but what is this disorder called she clearly the mirror lies to her with her balding head, wrinkles and pregnant stomach.

Or, maybe she is actually the one who is jealous of the close relationship you have with your sister-in-law and feels lonely and doesn't know how to convey that so she acts like an egomaniac.

sounds like you need to tell her that her chauvinistic comments are old and no longer welcome. you also need to tell her she is rude arrogant and her behavior is inexcusable.

Touched, the behavior you have stared have many names.  "Self-centered" is one of them and it means, preoccupied with oneself and ones affairs; "Egocentric" thinking only of oneself, without regard for the feelings or desires of others; "Narcissistic" excessive or erotic interest in oneself and ones physical appearance. I think most people have a friend or family member like that.  I recently dumped my friend of many years. She was nuts.  She's 40 and said she went to the beach with her husband and all the couples on the beach had big fights because she was wearing a bikini and none of the men would stop gawking at her.,  She really believed it too!! Every time I saw her it was she had the most expensive car on the road, the nicest house on the block, was the most gorgeous, blah blah
