What is the sugery called to make your caucasian eye have an Asian-like/Japanese-like eyelid crease appearance?

I'm also confused as to which 'race' (Caucasians or Asians) has the double lid and which has the single lid.

AFAIK any surgery to change the shape of an eyelid is generally called "blepharoplasty".
