like i have this italian homework question where i have to write you are from Yugoslavia in italian but like i dont get it, what do you call a person from Yugoslavia? Yugoslav-ian? && plus Yugolasvia its spelled Iugoslavia in italian so what it is? Iugoslavian? lol.

when i saw that question on my homeowrk i started to wonder if what is the name for that "phrase" you add like at then of a country name to symbolize that you're from there.

    The "-ian" added to a proper name (like a country) is just simply considered a suffix, meaning "of, pertaining to, from"
