I think the game is called Total Sports.

in Italy we bet on football, the most commongame is Totocalcio. you go into a bar that have a "rivevitoria" and you fill in the "schedina", here you are an example:

you blaken 1 if you think that the first tem will win, X if no team is going to win and 2 if you think that the second tema will win.
